This is strictly from a chick perspective (and Lord knows we think/feel differently from you guys), but I think this is bad for Brady. The end of a long term relationship just prior to the holidays is a heartbreaker and would weigh heavily on a lot of people. It says it happened a couple of weeks ago. Maybe that's one reason why (althouogh there were PLENTY more) he was so out-of-control on the sidelines this past week. Things s uck personally and now the team is playing like crap. Just more piling on for TB.

This whole thing with Bridget has me wondering.

Perhaps this relationship has been on shaky ground for some time, weeks, maybe months. Perhaps it is part of the reason that Brady has looked very eratic at time...because it is weighing hevily on his mind, psychologically, that is. Just wondering, nothing else. I am not a shrink.

I wonder how many Bridget Moynihan fans will be jumping off the Patriots bandwagon now. It seems to me that about 1/3 of all the people following the Patriots these days were following the team because they were fans of "Six Degrees".

I'm not talkin' 'bout love. I'm sure Tom has feelings for Bridget no other woman can immediately replace, but I seriously doubt he'll be left wanting for diversion from the pain.

Personally, I think she was around too much, especially after her show went on "hiatus" and he wasn't used to her being around all the time during the season. He's always been very vocal about how his 1st priority is football, and maybe having her with him 7 days/week just got on his nerves, no matter how attractive she is! Plus guys, we all know that at age 36 (yes, she's that old!), and after 3 years together, she was most likely looking to upgrade from "girlfriend" to "fiancee" and he most likely balked.

I know it's awful, but when I heard this am, my first thought was "Awesome..........now he can focus only on football!"

In the Inside Track today it said they split weeks ago, not just recently, but that's not the most reliable source, plus it was Bridget's "spokesman" that gave the quote, not Brady's. I wonder why she said anything?

Not that I could even imagine what it must be like to be a celebrity dating a celebrity, but as a guy I wondered why Tom was dating someone 6 years OLDER than he is. Guys should always date a little younger and girls vice versa.

My g/f is 3 years younger but our maturity level is about the same

Now if Tommy can land Rachel Bilson (newly single) then he will be god amongst gods from my POV!
