Uh...Ryan running his mouth about the Patriots is nothing new...that is expected...and of course ,wholeheartedly endorsed by Omissioner Jetdell as we've seen for three seasons now.
What is unbelievable and needs immediate clarification, rectification and extremely heavy fines and sanctions, is one coach asking all the other teams and their head coaches to specifically put all their resources and energy into beating one lone, singular team..to the exclusion of all else.
Now,we all know the sordid past...Goodell sets up the entire Patriot organization using Mangini as a catspaw, and sanctions the Patriots and owner Bob Kraft over a million dollars, in fact, the monetary damage has never really been assessed accurately, and of course ripped away a building block, the first round draft choice in an attempt to do serious damage to the Patriots football club, and by extension, the ENTIRE fanbase of the New England Patriots. The entire dastardly criminal event set into motion by the placement of a camera, which is endemic IN the game of football, and necessary TO every team in the league.
Now here comes Ryan,attacking the Patriots publicly across all communication venues, nationwide. Day after day personal attacks on Bill Belichick, constant swipes at Robert Kraft and his family and continuous lying about Patriot players, coaches, the New England fanbase and just about everything you can insult, demean,deride and mock publicly about the six state region.
No response from Goodell...he is seen traveling all over the country laughing and openly sanctioning everything Ryan is doing, claiming it's "great for the game!".
Then comes the open degeneracy...sleazy footage of weirdo fetishism...swept under the rug by Goodell, who asks that Ryan's right to privacy be respected. Respect? How do I explain to my ten and twelve year old that open deviance is OK and no one should ever say anything about it? THAT is disgusting, morally bankrupt and SHOULD have NO PLACE in a league like the NFL, that boasts it appeals to a cross section of people, young and old, that stand for family values and teamwork.
The there is the drunken middle finger episode done in front of children and young girls in the Miami airport. Slap on the wrist and a fine that Woody Johnson wouldn't even consider as bothersome as dropping a nickel on the ground.
Then the felonious assault on a player of an opposing team playing in a game,obviously organized by the Jet staff, where Alosi TRIPS the player at the risk of causing SEVERE INJURY. Ryan OPENLY LIES about his foreknowledge of the illegal act even though it was an organized line of players WITH a Jet coach, in game on the sideline!!! HOW COULD HE NOT KNOW??? Totally preposterous. Goodell fines Alosi and publicly exonerates Ryan.
Then, in what can only be described as life imitating art,Jet coach Westhoff claims, in the national media, that Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots were responsible for the Alosi incident!!! The Twilight Zone theme blaring in the background, Goodell sweeps all THIS under his green rug of immunity.
The strike looms and goes into effect and who looks like D student Dur Dumdum, the class dummy? Good ol' Roger Dodger Goodell. It takes Robert Kraft to sit down with the head of the players union, sans the idiot Goodell,to hammer out a deal and bring us football this season...and for many more seasons.
And now...THIS TRAVESTY. Ryan running amok, publicly attacking, ripping, tearing, slandering and and viciously assaulting New England fans,the New England Patriots,Bill Belichick and owner Robert Kraft...a man in mourning...grieving the loss of his wife, the love of his life, the reason for his success. This goddamned turd, this human excrement that is the degenerate Wrecks.... back like a summer blast from that Jersey dump.....and Tweedledumdell sees nothing, hears nothing and feels "Gee, har yuck yuck yuck...this is great for football!!!".
