I've said all along, that until i see him against Freeney, im not jumping on the bandwagon yet. I've also defended Nick many times on this board. Now, im liking the hell out of Vollmer, and Kaczur was p*ssing me off. Its only one game though. Nicks looked ok up till now.
The future is bright for Vollmer. :eat3:
where were you all at the start of the yr? I have been driving this wagon.

Vollmer didn't do anything tonight that Light doesn't do better.

More reason to have both on the field at the same time.Vollmer didn't do anything tonight that Light doesn't do better.
Maybe not but he offers the option to move Light to RT and protect Brady on both sides. Bottom line is, if we can get a running game when Morris comes back and maybe Taylor, and use Edeleman/Aiken better as the 3rd WR then this offense becomes unstoppable
Then its down to who concedes less if/when we play Indy again in the AFCCG
Vollmer didn't help a whole lot in the running game tonight, and neither Taylor nor Morris was likely to have been any better than Maroney in that game.
I've got nothing against Vollmer. I just think that people are jumping the gun there. I'd much rather have him at right tackle than left right now, assuming he can play the position.

Guys a stud, he is playing way to good to be replaced. I think he can be the best tackle taken this past draft, thats saying a lot to considering the high number of players taken in that position in the first round.
