PFT: Jets say it's a torn ACL

This is just about people looking for reasons to complain. It's a complete non-issue.

Funny, I thought you were the one that espoused the use of a messageboard for such things. Whatever.

False.... Tank Williams didn't recieve a cart. Not to mention, didn't Rivers PLAY on a torn ACL. I believe Jackson walked off the field after he tore his ACL a few years ago.

This is very, very, bad.

Rivers might as well not have had an ACL. That thing was gone.

Funny, I don't notice myself making gratuitous attacks towards you, but you've done it to me on multiple occasions. Perhaps the use of a mirror, pot and kettle would be helpful for you.

By the way, with Moss making his comments, perhaps you'll wish to re-visit your earlier opinion...

LOL whoever that jets player is that yammered on to Curran is really stupid. As much as I despise mangini I find it hard to believe he wants it spread around that his lockerroom BUZZ is about Tom Brady. Holy cannoli, Favre must be pi*sed:rolleyes:

I assume Curran must have ASKED the player what they'd heard about Brady in order for tht player to comment as he did.

Then we have TMZ-orio who hops all over it, reporting it as if what some dimwitted Jets player thought mattered. They ALL look stupid imo, but if a torn ACL is what we've got, then somebody somewhere has some 'splainin to do about how that got out in the first place.

I don't recall ever attacking you. At least not gratuitously. I think I've been pretty pleasant to you and have engaged you in conversation without malice, like that Bethel vs. CJack conversation we had last week. So, sorry if I've come across wrong.

What is my earlier opinion? All I said is that it is poor form to hypothesize publicly on an injury of someone on another team before anything is made official on it. Moss rightly or wrongly saying anything about that has no bearing on that opinion.

The only way the Jets would know is if the Pats players know and some of them talked to each other after the game. Keep in mind there are a number of players who played college ball together from both teams and they keep in touch during the season.

There's a physical exam that can give a good indication of whether the ACL is torn. If the trainers determined it was likely torn, with the incestuous relationship between the franchises, it is likely the information got over to players and/or coaches on the Jets.

Yeah, the Patriots organization is full of blabbermouths. Always gossiping about injuries, especially with rival teams.
