thats how iam trying to deal with the current situation. We were the media darlings 6 yrs ago. Everything was good. BB was all +vely portrayed.
since mangini left last yr and the fiasco happened its just been all -ve for us in terms of our team portrayal .Sure a lot of +ve things have been said but mostly out of compulsion.
BB has taken a major hit since last yr in the PR department. But if something can be learnt from him and how he is dealing with its that you keep being yourself and things will change eventually. He may or may not have made questionable decisions but iam sure any other coach wouldve buckled under so much media pressure. Its just amazing how has managed to focus on the team and try and give as a unique season this yr.
Right now its a trough for us, hopefully things will become +ve for us and especially for BB in the yrs to come.

One of the things I admire most about Bill is his incredible focus on the task at hand regardless of what anyone says. He knows that he has a job to do. He doesn't have a lot of control over what people think, and people who aren't part of the fan base like to hate winners and perceive them as evil in some way.

I hope he gets his due someday as not just a good coach but a good man. But as long as he stays true to himself, it doesn't matter. It's like Harry Truman once said: "It makes no difference what the papers say if you're right."
