Questions in the subject, want to learn how to ignore another poster's posts (as in just don't let them display).

Thanks.

on the upper left you'll see a link that says "User CP", next to 'Blogs', 'FAQ', 'Members List', etc. Click on User CP.

On the left you will see "User Control Panel". Scroll down to where you see the "Settings and Options" section; in that area click on "Edit Ignore List."

Once you've done that start to type in the name of the forum member you wish to ignore. After you've typed in a few letters the list will auto-fill with all the names that start with those letters; just click on the one you wish to ignore and you've added them to your ignore list.

Once they are on your ignore list you won't see any of their comments. The only exception is when someone else quotes them in their reply; you will still see that quote.

If you're using firefox, there's an addon that will allow you to ignore the posts and keep them from showing up even when someone else quotes them:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7023/

It does some other things, too, like hiding entire threads and the like.
