Saw a couple people mention this earlier, clearly not a good sign:

Absolutely agree. As has been discussed in other threads, it doesn't make sense to trade or cut Wynn at this time given our lack of depth at the Tackle position. I think for that to happen, we'd have to bring someone in to replace Wynn. We don't even have an OT on our practice squad at this moment. The only other tackle we have is Cajuste who is injured.
I also don't think it's a good idea to move Onwenu back to RT. He's been playing lights out at guard, let's leave him there where he is excelling.
his contributions have hit the diminishing returns point... his play & his blase attitude makes it worthwhile to get rid of him rather than keeping him around... Addition by subtraction it seems...As has been discussed in other threads, it doesn't make sense to trade or cut Wynn at this time given our lack of depth at the Tackle position. And he was drafted over Jackson and Chubb.his contributions have hit the diminishing returns point... his play & his blase attitude makes it worthwhile to get rid of him than keeping him around... Addition by subtraction it seems...
I agree. They probably think Cajuste is at least as good, and probably even Gutierrez on the practice squad. Trading him also gives them a ton of cap space. If the team decided to make the trade right now, I wouldn't be upset because I'd assume they came to the conclusion that a random street FA is better than him (or similar in quality). If they evaluate Wynn to be that level of player, there's no reason to worry about losing him regardless of the circumstances. He hurts more than he helps by being on the field this year.
dont give a flying about where and when he was drafted or who was passed over... I thought he was a decent pick... I thought early on that he showed promise to be a good player... no longer... that moment is gone, and isnt coming back... not going to hop aboard the whine train now... just get him out of townAnd he was drafted over Jackson and Chubb.
Half of Wynn's penalties I won't even blame him on (the holds and not lying up on the line).
Gutierrez was let go. We don't have an OT on the practice squad at this time., and probably even Gutierrez on the practice squad. Trading him also gives them a ton of cap space.
I get it, but if Cannon or Brown get injured, we don't have any other OT's on the team or practice squad. Cajuste is injured at this time. Unless we trade Wynn for another OT(which I'm not opposed to) we can't cut him.his contributions have hit the diminishing returns point... his play & his blase attitude makes it worthwhile to get rid of him rather than keeping him around...
