What do you think the Patriots will do?

I sort of expect something like trading down and selecting Landon ****erson (C from 'Bama). Taking Jones is way to obvious.....

Why in the fukedy fuk would be draft a center after we just signed a starter for 4 year and a backup for 4 mill.

If they are available at 15 hopefully that will be a tough choice for the team that has the pick after we traded up for a QB

What I hope : trade up
What some roster moves could indicate as it Stands right now: trade up or qb later
What I think is most likely : if no blue chip Player is left trade down --> reason is i think a lot of teams could be in qb market and if they like them they should take the shot.

Agree esp LD with that injury history

Winner

We draft waddle! That kid is amazing:

super fast
The most sudden player in this draft
Good at the catch point
Creates separation like no other in this draft
Uncoverable by one guy
Adds tremendous in the return game

this kid is the bomb. If bb trades up for anybody, this is the guy.

And that is why Brady bolted and we have to watch the playoffs sans a patriot’s team.
We drafted a wr the year before he bolted.
We also signed a slew of them including AB and traded for his wr of choice, Sanu.

For argument’s sake, let’s take this as fact. What does that tell us about the guy we thought was the ultimate competitor/happy to hand off 30 times if the RBs are dominating/whatever it takes for the team to succeed ?

“You aren’t drafting WRs. I’m tired of ‘not having won the SB one consecutive year’. Take this 12-4 season and GTFO...”

I dunno. Doesn’t seem like the guy I cheered for during two decades.

He won't be there but Waddle for me.

Waddle, Agholar, Edelman/Bourne, Jonnu, Henry :D

For Christ’s f@cking sake, there no need to trade down, they have 10 picks, no need for more. Geezus f@cking Christ. Enough with that bullish!t. TRADE UP ! Now if the stay at 15, make the goddamned pick, 15 is a GREAT spot. The trade down brigade are a bunch of nut jobs.

That being said, if it’s between Jones & Waddle at 15, take Jones. Pats need a #1 receiver, not another #3 receiver. Waddle isn’t even as good as Ruggs. Ruggs is a #2 or #3 receiver.

are we assuming Qb1-QB4 are gone at this point?

Out of the four first round Alabama talents at WR that Mac Jones played with, Waddle looks like the best out of them all. He won’t fall that far down but if he did I would take him in a heartbeat over Jones and look at the next tier of prospects at QB. But like I said that scenario won’t happen. We’ll see another team trade up to get him before he ever drops to 15. But boy would I like to be wrong and see the Pats take Waddle. And I’m saying that given the Pats’ bad luck with drafting receivers too. The kid is explosive. That being said, if they ever traded into the top 7, it’s to get Lance or Fields.

So the Pats make a bold move and trade into the top 7. Fields or Lance is there for the taking and BB turns in the card for...Waddle?

Assuming they don't trade up.

Take the best player available - on defense.

Trade for Jimmy.
