We're all discombobulated; football season ended prematurely this yearOh my God, what was I thinking, you are 100% correct. I picked a hell of a week to give up sniffing glue

So what were we driving when my dad complained that the season tickets went up to $10.50 from $10.00?
I really enjoyed that. It was Bledsoe who turned it around for NE in the 90’s, the absolute face of the franchise as they went from laughingstock to contenders. Hopefully he gets that; I think he does.
Some Pats fans will manufacture a slight about Brady or the team out of the tiniest of crumbs. I think they get more upset about that than if someone actually insulted them, or a member of their family.
Bledsoe is one of the all-time great Patriots, and a fiery competitor, and just on the edge of a playoff run, he gets a (literally) life threatening injury and is replaced by a guy who looked like a perennial backup to nearly everyone. And can't get the job back for the biggest game of his life. Of course he had some stuff to work through with that at the time. Now, he seems at peace with it, which is to his credit.
Why find some reason to be angry or dissatisfied?
Anyone is going to be a little delusional when it comes to that kind of situation. That’s competitive nature and the level of belief any pro athlete will have in their own abilities.Great guy, and yes he did give a spark to the franchise, but the rest of us remember the post SB arc of 1997-1998-1999-2000 and the first two losses of 2001. The Bungles on opening day then They were losing at home near the end of the game 10-3 to the freaking Jets. It was time. I can understand from a personal/emotional viewpoint, but cold hard facts He’s delusional when he complains about BB’s decision.

He ultimately accepted that reality of the situation, moved on and has thrived post career in his own life.
