Jerome Boger is easily the worst in the league. I won't blame this loss on him, but seriously, how does this guy still have a job?

I'm pretty comfortable blaming the lack of a game tying FG try on the officials.

You take 6 off of the board not once but twice and we settle for a FG - short of a missed XP it would have meant we were driving for a game tying FG. Everything after that would have been whatever it was but you cannot tell me the refs didn't hose us bigtime.

No because they can lose the following week and we can win.

EVen with a loss to the Bills, the Patriots still win the division if they beat Miami and Cincy. NE has the tie-breaker.

Dez Bryant depth? Not saying he’d be the savior, but they’re obviously not going back to AB. It’s the reasonable signing with Harry being hurt.

Someone tell me how this offense will improve? Sanu and dorsett are useless.

Sanu isn’t 100%. I’m not sure what he will become in this offense but it’s fair to at least wait until he’s fully healed from the ankle sprain before passing judgment.

Dorsett is what he is at this point. Guessing like hogan last year this is his last year here.

Brady should have kept running. He could have scored or got closer.

He slid in front of a guy who was going to light him up otherwise.

What’s your point? Form a lynch mob and meet the team in the parking lot?
My point is that I've been right all along, the offense and the quarterback are not good enough this season...am I wrong?

About the only way the offense improves this season is if Kraft and BB bite the bullet and re sign AB. By the way, Gordon is doing nothing for the Seahawks, ditto Thomas for the Jets.

harry injury probably ends his season now :(
Depends on the nature of the injury. Hopefully not. If it does then I’m not sure how the offense improves from here since he was the one they were counting on improving down the stretch.

I hate getting all conspiratorial but when the refs spotted the ball 1 1/2 yards ahead for a crucial KC first down, and then they didn't overturn it on review, I had to wonder if the design here comes from the NFL.

I mean, that refusal to overturn an obvious blunder also cost the Patriots a needed challenge and a timeout.

Everything stemmed from that blunder.

So there were 4 hideous calls to end the game. Bad spot, Kelce fumble, Harry TD, Dorsett PI. But they seemed to cascade one after another making the refs go from bad to worse to hideous.

The frustrating thing about all of this is that while I disagree with the refs about the whistle on the Gilmore play I can at least understand it.

But I dont understand in what world it makes sense for the NFL to have a blatant wrong decision like the Harry TD -- which is not even a gut call like a PI but a 100% wrong decision -- and while they can show us 4 replays there is no way to correct it.

There needs to be a way to remedy those situations.

I like what the pats showed in the end.....but where the hell was the 2nd half Brady in the 1st half?? The offense is rough but his leadership makes a huge difference

I am absolutely furious, but it still a shame that they couldn't pull it out in the end as they have so many times in the past (and the real chance with the Meyers drop, though he made a good try for it). It is a pity that such a gutsy effort was more or less wasted. I'd like to think they can build on it, but....

The only consolation I have is that it is 50-50 best they would have won in OT. Still, being robbed of the chance stinks.

**In the Instant Replay Era**

Yeah amazing, if there was a question, they should have called the TD and the replay would tell everyone for sure. Instead they killed the play and got it completely wrong...you think they wound err on the side of caution in such a high profile game, but no. Instead they continued to **** the bed call after call

Stick a fork in this season. This offense is not good enough to hang with the rest of the playoffs contenders.

Yogi was right.

I thought every scoring play is reviewed automatically. Harry scored, so why wasn't it reviewed?

Absolute ********. Call should have been overturned in N.Y.
He didn’t score. He was ruled down in the field of play.

Meaningless? We likely just officialized not getting 1st seed.
He called an easy Patriots victory FYI. Whenever he does that, bet the house on the other team winning. Just don’t bet him because he’s broke and won’t pay you.

1) Defense was really, really good tonight.
2) Gilmore is DPOY. Not even a contest.
3) Harry was used on a Patterson play. I have a theory he's being held back for the playoffs.
4) Michel was a wasted pick.
5) Wynn is very good. Thuney is good. Cannon and Mason are up and down for whatever reason, and mostly down. Ferentz is a nepotism disaster. I have a hard time believing they couldn't find anyone better.
6) Van Noy is Vice DPOY.
7) Death and infamy to the officials.

That’s not how it works. He has no time to look at everyone. He has a hot read and that’s where he needs to go. Unless you like sacks. Sometimes the other team makes okays and there is no reason to cry about it.

If he has a hot read it should have been Myers. He was open right away in a quick slant. Edelman's route took longer to develop.

The worst part about this loss is now I have to watch the Seahawks kick ass in prime time.
