OT Aquib Talib

I have been following his play this year. In my opinion, he is playing like the best cornerback in the NFL right now. He's not making much money, just 6-7-9 million a year over the past 3 years for elite level play. Did anyone here expect this kind of production and durability since leaving here? He is out for this weekends game, but overall his durability has been great.

I always liked him when he was here. I remember he won us the game against Atlanta in 2013 with an incredible end zone play on Julio Jones And he held jimmy graham to zero catches.

In one of them he was taken out on a dirty hit by Wes Welker.

That's what's so frustrating about seeing him on the Broncos. He's been an ironman and available for all big games.

He's awesome when he's awesome. IN retrospect he's one I wish we had kept...

He is playing pretty consistently over the last 2 years. But no point in dwelling over the past as it the secondary definitely was not the thing that held us back in the seasons since he left.

Talib never fails to give me a chuckle in his interviews. I like him.

While here, I think he was more concerned with hitting free agency healthy and getting his big payday. Now that he has that, bruises aren't going to keep him out anymore.

Yep. He obviously could have come back in and Dennard was all but pleading with him to go back into the game.

When he is on his game (majority of the time he is), I think he is in the top 3 best CBs in the league. He can shut down any receiver he is matched up with and he has great ball skills and instincts.

Honestly was kinda surprised they didn't call pass interference on that final play in Atlanta, it was a 50-50.

Never thought I would say this Talib > Mevi$$ wait any CB > Mevi$$.

I love how that jackhole is now an ironman for Denver, while in NE he was sitting out AFCCG's with boo-boos.

We won the Super Bowl first year he was gone. At the time BB knew he was getting Revis.. who at the time was considered an upgrade.
