With the 205th pick of the 2019 NFL Draft the NE Patriots Select TE....

The guy is super athletic with a huge arm, the type of QB the NFL loves and yet he’s projected to go late in the draft. In other words, his tape must be really bad.

CBS has him ranked 122nd best prospect which would mean 4th/5th round

My understanding is that despite a cannon arm, he's a long shot to develop into a starting caliber NFL QB.

It would be cool to have two former college QBs in the Patriots receiving corps.

I got burned with Logan Thomas on that score. Not again.

I wouldn't mind taking him in day 3 or maybe late day 2. Mechanics seems to be his biggest issue by far so if we can fix that...he could be pretty good. Might not succeed but it's okay to take chances in day 3 prospects anyways. Sounds like he is a better prospect compared to Jacoby Brissett though I don't remember much of Brissett as a prospect.

Tyree Jackson at 252 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Stidham at 133.
