In the end, the chargers are immature and poorly coached. They didn't play like this last year (or ever). It may take awhile before they get used to this new mediocre coaching staff. I guess that what happens when a 14-2 coaching staff is not good enough.
Just goes to show bad coaching will kill a talented team.
They were way better off with Marty. Guess this goes to show what can happen when you make a reactionary decision based on misguided emotions after a huge disappointment.
Firing Marty was a big mistake. Hiring Norv was a bigger one.
If it were me, I would have fired Cameron. That guy was one of the worst coord's in the league. He blew the game last year more than Marty. It's unfathomable that this guy is actually a coach in our division.
