That guy does not look like a football player. No wonder he hasn't been performing like one.

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Will I be eternally damned for rooting for the Cuttlefish whom I despise?

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

I know it would never happen because Nicks isn't willing to play for free. But I would love to see the Pats make a serious run at him THIS season if the Giants continue to lose.

Pipe dream I know

no thanks....always hurt

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Thank god they got rid of the pink flags

The year is 2052

The National Breast Cancer Awareness Football League is coming to a close with its final game

The San Francisco Early Detections are playing the Washington Awareness Spreaders in the Pink Bowl (sponsored by The Susan G. Komen Foundation: "At least 5% of your donations go to research!")

4th quarter with three seconds on the clock. Early Detections are down by two, 25 yards from the endzone on 4th examination (the term "down", judged to be inefficient at spreading awareness of breast cancer, having been replaced with a more awareness-spreading alternative)

The Early Detections' star son-of-a-cancer-survivor-mom kicker, steps up to take the final field goal attempt. The ball flies through the air, sailing neatly through the pink breast-shaped goal mounds (the old goalposts having been removed after being deemed "incapable of spreading awareness" on television)

"It's detected!" (the term "good" having been phased out of use in order to promote greater awareness of breast cancer) The stadium explodes in a celebration of pink confetti as the Washington Awareness Spreaders remove their shoulderpads and begin examining their breasts, as they're known to do.

Everyone is handed a pink ribbon sticker, a practice introduced to remove "awareness avoidance" from the sport All spectators at the Susan G. Komendome in Chicago rise and examine their breasts in unison shortly before engaging in a celebratory donation to breast cancer charities, using 100% of their income as funding.

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Beautiful back shoulder pass

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

never figured this game for a shootout...this current Bears defense should be arrested for impersonation...meanwhile, the Giants have NO ONE that can check Marshall anywhere

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Chicago briskly walking up and down the field tonight....

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

Coughlin's posterior must be getting pretty darn warm right now. . . .

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

The Giants were done a while ago, but can they go 0-16?
Only easy game on their schedule is the Raiders.

Re: Thursday Night Football: Giants vs. Bears

If the Gmen go 3-13 to 6-10, what position do they draft? Eli has probably the 2nd best WR trio in the league and still blows, another one won't help.

Do they dare go QB?
