The problem wasn't the coverage, the problem was that if he were allowed to JAM the receiver on that play, which is his greatest strength after all, that play would have never occurred at all because the timing on that timing route pattern would have been disrupted.

Back to game, this offensive drive looks a lot more Patriot like. I wonder why? Perhaps because Brady is allowed to be upright in the pocket for once.

there are some defenses that are weaker vs quick/change of direction backs, then theres defenses that are weak against power backs, and yet still defenses weak against mix backs

KC seems weaker vs ridley than vereen, so god damn run it with vereen
