It really doesn't matter if the target of a lynching is guilty or not.
What do you need to incite a lynch mob?
1. Some jerky people who need to feel the power of motivating
a crowd into doing what they want.
2. A few unchallenged reasons to incite the crowd.
3. A target that many dislike for one unjustified reason or another. Non conformity is a good motivation. Trivial violations by the target can be used
to build motivation.
If successful the lynch mob gets it's pound of flesh.
What is being done to the Patriots is nothing short of what Lynch Mobs
have done though the ages.
Much of the New Media are the leaders of this attempted lynching.
A majority of NFL fans are slowly being moved towards the lynching
by the relentless brain washing by the media.
Pressure will build and the NLF commish will be forced into yielding to the
desires of the Lynch Mob.
Their target is Bill Belichick and they want his head.
I am afraid they will lynch BB without even a fair hearing.
A new term I heard floating around is "institutional control".
I suppose this means even if Wash taped on his own it is still
BB's fault because the guy got into a position to do so because
he was on the Patriots' staff.
If they suspend BB I am considering supporting the idea of the Patriots not playing in any game this coming season Or at least going to the game
if they must and forfeiting the game at the toss of the coin.
What do you think Pats Fans should do if Comish suspends BB for a year?
