It's easy, and only takes a few moments.I'm very disappointed in some of the people here for still making fun of the Jets even after their offensive explosion last night. That juggernaut of an offense doubled its previous season high in points, after all.
I watched the entire game....or well most of it. I can't believe how Jet fans would be so happy.
Sanchez - Unless he is throwing in rhythm and on time, he is in trouble. He rarely throws a ball past his 2nd read and less than 10 yds past the LOS. Its like Sparano has set him up at the NFL offensive kids' table. He can only throw slants, dump offs, short outs and his favorite seam pattern off of play action. Teams are going to figure that out. So completing "77% of his passes isn't going to mean much (even if his receivers catch them) if when you add them together, they don't add up to a first down.
Also, while the pick wasn't his fault, no on is mentioning the 2 that were flat dropped.
Hill - I'd love to have that kind of prospect on the Pats....but not starting. That kid is really raw. He's scary, but no close to reliable.
OL- I have to laugh. Its like they have solved all their OL because Austin wasn't horrible. I mean, the Pats give up 4 sacks in 3 games and we are pulling out hair out. The Jets STILL had 3 sacks in one game.....and declared it a VICTIORY!
Think about this as well - This is an OL with supposedly 3 all pros and geared to run the ball. Well guess what? They CAN'T run the ball. Again, we had people ready to jump ship because in the Philly game we didn't average over 5ypc like we did the other two. The Jets can't average 4ypc in one game.
The Defense - Well.....that looked pretty good.l But I do have to admit that it wasn't vanilla. They threw everything at the Panthers. The came and they came a lot....and did it pretty well. Granted, Carolina didn't have any real receivers to challenge them, and I think Newton is going to have a tougher year than most expect; the Jet defense could win them some games....if they stay healthy

Yeah, who needs TD's anywaysTouchdowns are OVERRATED!
Hey, you know the best part about the no TDs in pre-season;
They have already announced they are sitting and resting BOTH SANCHIZE and TEBOW for preseason 4.
So, if they do miraculously score a TD we can have a 3-WAY QB CONTROVERSY :singing:
Rex Ryan not thrilled with Quinton Coples’ complaining | ProFootballTalk
Jets coach Rex Ryan said Coples had a bit of an attitude when the first-round pick was instructed to take the field with the second defense.
This defense is too good for the Jets not to make the playoffs. I think the offense will get there act together and Sanchez will have his best year yet.
I'll say 10-6. Make Playoffs and hopefully make another run.
Rex ryan must be helluva motivational speaker, the moment a player becomes a Jet he thinks he is a hundred times better than he actually is ....
