It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Said also you dont know if there is something from the past between BB and gibbs. Which i thought was interesting. Maybe in the 80's when BB was the D coordinator and gibbs was with the skins there was a similar situation. Would be great if someone can dig those scores up.
Parcells said this is a no-win situation for a coach. He said he knows of situations where a team took a knee with a lead and the other team got upset that they are being embarrassed. He also said the coach has 40 seconds to make the decision not the 24 hours the analysts have to criticize the decision (I am paraphrasing).
I didn't think Young said anything too terrible during the pregame. All he said was that Welker shouldn't spike the ball when they're up 44-0 and the team should be a little more conscious (his word, not mine) about the situation. He then went on to say that all of this "running up the score" talk was taking away from the real story: we're watching the best team of the past 10 years. Young kept on mentioning that the Pats are as good as a pre-salary cap team which was unbelievable in his opinion. From what I heard, him and Keyshawn had similar thoughts on the issue.
well he praised the pats and said he wanted to talk about them but they keep doing this "stupid stuff" which makes us not talk aboutthem so they should stop doing the stupid stuff. Said a championship team should act the same way when its on top as its on bottom and its not acting like one right now.

Young is being objective. he's handing out praise but not always kissing ass. Nothing wrong with that at all. No one wants to hear analysts that are homers.

Very few ex-players who are now in the media don't have obvious bias towards thier ex-teams and the positions they played. Does Merrill Hoge ever pick against the Steelers or not say RB's and the run game is the most important thing for an offense? They are all pretty much the same in that all have agenda's, bias's and favorites.
Steve Young has been riding us for a while, and it all goes back to that special media day Bellichick did a couple years back where he said as the giants coordinator, he feared Montana much more and welcomed it when Young was in on offense, and then showed identical plays where Montana made a pig play while Young screwed it up. This of course, was in retaliation for Young harshly criticizing Chris Simms, Son of Phil, a close BB friend.

You buy into all this retaliation stuff? Sounds pretty immature and childish. I don't think Steve Young is too worried about people criticizing of his play. He's only the highest rated QB of all time, numerous pro bowls, SuperBowl rings and MVPs. And if someone says you are not as good as Montana, that's a huge compliment right there they are even comparing you to him. I've heard Steve Young go out of his way complimenting the Patriots this season but when he has any criticism all of a sudden he has a vendetta? Some people are being way too sensitive. Some things warrant a critical eye, but no one who is a blind homer can ever accept anything like that as legitimate input to be considered.
I am so tired of hearing his stuff...He was compaining about Wes Welker spiking the ball with a 45 point lead. I find him to be somewhat pompous. I was just watching ESPN and Keyshawn was adamantely defending the Pats as was Parcells. Of course Tom Jackson was playing the Devils advocate...
STeve young is a ponpous pig who obviously has so many concussions he has forgotten a lot of the past..Dont PHUCC with Steve Young, He knows more about football than you will ever half-way know.
