Knee injury per Patriots twitter :bricks:

No team has been hit this hard with injuries. Not a single one.

wtf; I don't even like spikes but this sucks

No words......

SUCKS!!!!! Next man up! We've seen this movie before - rather have him ready for the SB next year.

I'll get my stuff. Next man up.

I saw that coming he was already playing with a torn ligament and it looked like the knee gave out at the end of the Bills game.

This is a real opportunity for Jamie Collins to become a household name.

Crap, crap, crap. Crap. At least the Colts don't have much of a running game.

WOW arguably our three most important assets against the run are gone (Mayo, Spikes, Vince).

More adversity, but next man up.

On the bright side, at least we won't see QBs abusing Spikes on 1-on-1 vs rbs.

That sucks. Luckily the Colts don't run the bell all that well. It will hurt more if they make it to the AFCCG and/or the Super Bowl.

When did this injury happen? Really needed his physicality in the playoffs.

Feels like Collins already has a regular role on this defense. This likely means a lot more Dane Fletcher.

That knee needs work - now is the time to get it done - hopefully, we have full intentions on bringing him back - of course, he could have demanded the surgery out of uncertainty.

Well guys, Collins, Hightower and fletcher. How many starters have we lost. And impact starters also.

In bb and Brady I believe!

Who starts for him Sunday? Fletcher?

Ugh. Worst injury luck EVER.

Thankfully LB is a position of relative strength so even after losing Mayo AND Spikes we're still decent with Hightower, Fletcher, and Collins. Best of luck to Spikes in his rehab and hopefully the FO is able to keep him in New England for a few more years.

So the LBs are Hightower, Collins, Beauharnais and Fletcher?

He has shown flashes this season - he's the next man up - I feel decent about it

He has been playing for months on the torn ligament. Sunday must have made it worse.

Wow. We knew he was banged up but this stings.

Yeah, I don't mind Fletcher either. Good chance we see some big nickel too with Gregory playing down in the box, or just straight up more nickel especially against the remaining teams in the AFC.
