It's easy, and only takes a few moments.... and if Belichick did it, there would be countless posts of what a genius he is.... chess/checkers nonsense.... etc......That is like going into Best Buy and stealing a remote for a discontinued floor model that is so beat up that you can only change the channels in one direction and mute button is so smashed that it randomly mutes the TV even when no one is holding it.
According to MassLive Ronnie Perkins has been signed off the practice squad by the Denver Broncos
Nobody decent is on a practice squad. It’s all projects and JAGs.Hope we raid their PS for somebody decent.
Steal? If he was a solid player he'd be in the active roster. Denver will probably waive him in 2 weeks
Three weeks, since he counts on their 53-man roster that long, even if they get rid of him before then. [They also owe him three weeks' salary, too, but the CBA requires offsets in that case.]Steal? If he was a solid player he'd be in the active roster. Denver will probably waive him in 2 weeks
Thanks for the details... but yes he won't last that long before the door swings shutThree weeks, since he counts on their 53-man roster that long, even if they get rid of him before then. [They also owe him three weeks' salary, too, but the CBA requires offsets in that case.]
Look at the last 4 years when they've been picking higher. 7 years is an eternity in the NFL. Michel got taken before Nick Chubb and both of them are long in the tooth. That was ages ago, with the vast majority of those picks out of the league.Perkins was an odd fit here. in this defensive scheme a player with out a position. odd pick for the 3rd round.
I honestly get it, that the draft is a crap shoot. all teams struggle to hit with the draft.
but the Pats have a lot of misses the past 5-7 years on high picks.
thats why the team is where they are today.
2019 has been left out. That was a bust draft . And barmore is not coming on like Uche did in his 3rd year. Strange and Jones have béen average - above average players , not homerun like deebo, Metcalf etc . So we are not better than league average. It's just in our eyes we have an exalted viewLook at the last 4 years when they've been picking higher. 7 years is an eternity in the NFL. Since New England has been picking around 15-20, things have improved:
4 yrs ago: Dugger, Uche, Jennings, Onwenu. BUST: Asiasi & Keene
3 yrs ago: Jones, Barmore, Stevenson. BUST: Perkins
2 yrs ago: Strange, Marcus Jones, Jack Jones. INJURY OR BUST: Thornton, Strong
Last yr: Gonzalez, White, Mapu.
13 hits, 5 misses.
I'd say this is better than league average.
