The way things are in the NFL I'm fine as long as my QB doesn't knock out his better half.
I probably shouldn't have laughed... but I did.

Did you or did you not name this thread "QB rating stat" not "passer rating stat"?I'd respect you more if you had your facts correct
It seems that every thread descends into the abyss of the worst offensive line eva and the worst receivers eva!!!!
It is almost as though it you say it over and over and over and over again it becomes fact, instead of opinion...
Rinse, Repeat, Rinse, Repeat...
Things will get better folks...
BTW Brady's rating for the first three weeks last year was 79.44!!! And Mankins was here then, he was sacked 7 times in the first three games.

Comparing this year to last year without context has been happening over and over and over and over again, too. Perhaps you could lead the way on stopping that foolishness.
What do you propose comparing it to next year?? FYI there is context here, 3 games vs. 3 games, not sure what other context you could compare it to..
If you remember last year the refrain at the early part of the season was essentially the same, however the focus seemed to be more on Brady not looking good...
Brady is ranked 25th out of 32 QBs per Football Outsiders. I do not recall ever seeing Brady that low in their standing before. Also, his completion percentage is under 60%. There have been times when Brady had a WR open with a clean pocket and the pass was off the mark.

Disagree
- The bolded part is true of every QB in football
- The bolded part doesn't mean that the QB is at fault.

While Brady's QB passer rating of 82.9 is a decrease from his 2014 rating of 87.3,
the league's QB passer rating after 3 games is 90.6 - the highest in NFL history.
