Pats Board Mock Draft thread

Byron Jones - CB had the most points though the voting got confusing cause a few ppl changed their votes.

I wonder if BB is going to change his pick after Manx complains?

Jones was not the leading vote getter initially.

BTW, you can run it any way you want, but in the past we formally tallied up the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place votes. This year there seemed to be a general declaration that Jones was the pick.

Mayo did you notice WHO I picked for Raiders in round 1?

Hasn't happened so far!

Although to be fair, I don't 'complain' about our draft picks -not that I did this time either. I just declared my disappointment that Jones wasn't getting more love and the great members of the draft forum demonstrated how open-minded they were and took some pro-Jones arguments on board.

Democracy baby!

With the 36th pick, the Jaguars select Cameron Erving, OL, FSU.

Fine, I'll play-The Jest select OT Jake Fisher Oregon

If you take a QB at 6 with an aging Ferguson protecting his backside, you go Tackle unless your a braindead Jets FO guy

Too bad. I thought you might be able to use some Jedi kind tricks on the Sith Lord himself. THAT would be impressive!

With the #38 pick the Redskins select PJ Williams.

The Bears are on the clock.

Bears select Denzel Perryman, LB, Miami

Giants are on the clock

The NY Giants select Stephone Anthony - lb - Clemson. This kid is going to be picked much higher than the board discussion.

Obviously not. My only defense is it was 3:30 in the morning, and I'd been up most of the night with a power outage. I originally mocked Jordan Phillips to the Raiders, then realized he was already gone, and switched it to Harold. I was so convinced the Raiders would go WR at #4, I forgot to check. My bad. I've probably screwed up the whole mock by now.

I think we should take a break with the mock and fix this ?It's like 4-5 picks we'll have to remake.

To me it's not really important what team selects a player in front of us. Just what players go before we pick. No biggie as long as there are no crazy reaches.

Cam Erving, Jake Fisher, PJ Williams, Denzel Perryman and Stephone Anthony have gone off the board. Would you have taken any of them for the Raiders with their 2nd round pick? If not, why not substitute who you would prefer.

Alternatively, BobDigital, we could go back to the Raider's pick and start over. Some of the teams after might have taken Harold if he had still been on the board.

I dont care - But Raiders do have alot of needs, so something else might be better for them. Could swap to Sammie Coates? And leave it as it is otherwise?
