Apparently the "tentative agreement" announced earlier this week was an "agreement to disagree".
Still it seems to me that the fact that proposals such as the Patriots and Jets are being discussed, that progress IS being made - though all that should have been discussed weeks and months ago...
...its not like no one knew this issue was coming
