Chicago for example. Or Miami. Or Tennessee.
I mean... if you are a QB, do you really want to be slinging the ball to Bradley, Ginn Jr or Williams in double coverage?

Chicago looks to have a historically bad offense as of right now.

All three of those teams look to be doing a "WR by committee" thing:
Miami: Wilford, Ginn, Perry, Hagan, Camarillo, Kircus
Chicago: Booker, Lloyd, Hester, Bradley, Davis
Tennessee: Gage, B. Jones, R. Williams, P. Williams, McCareins, C. Davis
Don't forget Jacksonville. Reggie Williams and Matt Jones have been 1st Round busts. I guess Jerry Porter might be able to turn it around, but he only had that one really good year.
My symapthies to David Garrard for dealing with that WR corp.

Yeah, don't be so quick to write off the Bears. And I wouldn't mind Matt Jones on the Patriots.
