I know SCOTUS only takes cases they want, but IMHO there is indeed an important legal concept at hand; namely, the limits of power of an arbitrator. The whole concept of arbitration implies a neutral, unbiased judge.It'll only go to SCOTUS if SCOTUS wants it to. All the NFL can do (or Brady, if he loses) is ask. SCOTUS does not have to listen.
