I am glad the bye week is after this game, not only because of a needed rest for the injured, but now with Hurricane Sandy bearing down on the coast heading right over Massachussettes,I would assume the team may be stuck in the UK until almost next weekend.
I would think practice schedule at Gillette would have been interesting had they had a home game the following week.
BTW: For those in and around the coastal areas of the Atlantic Seaboard,I pray for your safety and your family and home.
This appears to be a once in a lifetime Hurricane considering the path it is taking, the last time a hurricane took a similar path from the coast then inland and then headed northwest was Tropical Storm Agnes in 1972.
May all those involved be safe and best wishes for the Patriots players who have families in the soon to be affected regions.
