They must like our old backup there...Like giving him a 7 million dollar contract today...I was surprised he was signed this long with Green already in place there.

Alternatively, this may be a sign Green is on thin ice.

I always liked Huard..I never worried about Brady getting hurt and destroying the season as well when Damon was here on the sidelines,I always was confident he could do the job..Definately was Brady's best backup to date.

IMO Damon has always been starting QB Material like he was with Miami.

True, but I'm not sure Herm Edwards has the creativity to go to a career backup QB.

His performances at KC this season were extremely solid. At least 1/3 of NFL teams are worse off at QB than they are with Damon Huard.

For his age, he would be silly not take 7 mil. I just hope he gets a shot at starting.

Neither of them are good enough to overcome the fcat that their coach is Herm "you play to win the game" Edwards.

Sirius Radio NFL Channel 124 - Instant updates from FA as soon as they happen...I love it,listen to it all day..If you love the NFL you Gotta have it (no I am not a salesman for Sirius but highly suggest making it a part of your day if you love sports and music too)
