OK that might be a fair assessment. I'm only giving you an opinion based on what I see on TV. My concern is that when Moss and Welker seem to be covered, there doesn't seem to be anyone else open....and given the tight coverage Moss and Welker get....THEY SHOULD BE...ya think?
BTW- Given that everyone was so high on Nunn, (and so was I). Anyone wondering why he hasn't been given a shot to play. That the Pats brought in a guy like Standback, and promoted him OVER Nunn. Just wondering. Maybe as the vets got more and more up to speed, Nunn, hasn't??????
Nunn is gone. Got signed off our PS by Tampa Bay last week... Forget the vets because Stanbeck and Edleman lapped him. Nunn made some circus catches in pre season. Brady wasn't throwing those balls. Perhaps some of them were cases of being in the wrong place at the right time, which impresses the hell out of fans but not so much coaches... The first thing they look for here is are you running precisely the correct route including pre and post snap adjustments. Whether you caught a poor throw in spectacular fashion after running the wrong route is not the way the road to the 53 is paved here.
