This guy might be that target for a receiver in the later rounds. He looks great but obviously has some character concerns which is way he won't get picked until the later rounds. He's big at 6'3" 220 lbs. but looks to me a little slow on tape but has great ball skills. He's been talked about as a steal for whatever team drafts him.
