Goodell institutes "Fan Code of Conduct"

Welcome to the "Nanny State"

I guess Goodell has never heard of that pesky little First Amendment.

Surely you can eject anyone you want for drunkeness, fighting, obscene antics. But I would love to see the lawsuit of the guy who gets booted due to his language! I'm sure that all those miniature lawyers, who write that crap on the back of your game ticket, are re-writing there legalease as we speak.

Might want to re-read your First Amendment. The good news is that you won't have to go farther than the first word to realize why the First doesn't apply here.

You mean the amendment that prevents the government from restricting unpopular speech? And that doesn't provide protection for obscene speech regardless?

This may or may not be a good idea, but it's definitely not a free speech issue.

I'm acting as if we just high-fived.
