Ok, so what is true value of Moss now ? Yes, he put up unsane #'s in regular season, but was effectively negated for ALL 3 playoff games(incl SB). Now, every team in the league know what one has to do to stop the Patriot O juggernaut onslaught. I have had serious doubts about McDaniels ability to adjust the offense against good teams. Proof is in the pudding after the Eagles game. So, is it really worth signing Moss to long term deal at high CAP # and yet the Offensive schem has shown no flexibility to adjust to get him more open. It's almost like were better suited to have 2 Great outside WR's , or go with middle of the pack guys who don't become the focus. Finally, we're better served by using $$ to revamp the D and OL than tie it into a WR who other teams now know how to negate effectively.
