Agree - back in February, I posted Sims as my FA pick if Wilfork couldn't go.
He shouldn't be expensive, and he's relatively young (28) and has shown some flashes. Not much of a pass-rusher, though, is he?

Bit of a bummer, he would have addressed a real need here. Oh well, Henry Melton's still out there if that's what the Pats are looking for.
Hatcher and Melton would not be viable candidates to replace Wilfork. They're both 3-tech DTs who 1-gap.
They would be great addition (Melton anyway) but we would still have a hole to fill.
