They were being pretty respectful actually. But it's not as they needed to tell us that a team that wins 4 out of 7 SBs would be amongst the GOAT.

I agree with you! I know we wont ever see our boys ever stoop to such self agrandizing antics. They will simply say "I know what that feels like, I am really happy for them, AWESOME, good for them, they really deserve it!!!" Of course that will be a recording saved in the NFL video vault for the next team to go undefeated, because the year will be 2547!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah did I mention that the team who breaks the record will be the 2547 New England Patriots with a record of 85-0 against the Mars Colony MARAUDERS! :rocker:

That was an interesting read. Not surprising though. The '72 Dolphins are living off of one season, where as that era for the Steelers was full of good memories, and multiple championships. That 'Fins team is no different from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, regular season exemoted, while that Steelers dynasty will be remembered as long as there is football. Much the same way that these Patriots will be forever enshrined with the great teams of all time.
