I hope that our players, in the years to come, never play this card like the Fins and Steelers...... LET IT GO

The funniest part of that article is that the pretentious author tries to sound smart by setting it as a traditional debate, writing "resolved:" then a question. How can something be resolved as a question?

... The Steelers are congratulating the Pats and considering them right along them in respect to dynasties.

They were being pretty respectful actually. But it's not as they needed to tell us that a team that wins 4 out of 7 SBs would be amongst the GOAT.

I agree with you! I know we wont ever see our boys ever stoop to such self agrandizing antics. They will simply say "I know what that feels like, I am really happy for them, AWESOME, good for them, they really deserve it!!!" Of course that will be a recording saved in the NFL video vault for the next team to go undefeated, because the year will be 2547!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah did I mention that the team who breaks the record will be the 2547 New England Patriots with a record of 85-0 against the Mars Colony MARAUDERS! :rocker:

Caspir Third String But Playing on Special Teams

That was an interesting read. Not surprising though. The '72 Dolphins are living off of one season, where as that era for the Steelers was full of good memories, and multiple championships. That 'Fins team is no different from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, regular season exemoted, while that Steelers dynasty will be remembered as long as there is football. Much the same way that these Patriots will be forever enshrined with the great teams of all time.
