Drafting a DL with the 21st pick ?

I wonder if Kiwi is available when the Pats pick at 21 if the Pats would consider taking him..Hill has shown me nothing and Seymour could be gone after next year.

According to WEEI, we pick at #25 or #26 because we made the playoffs. And playoff teams are slotted by order of elimination. So, no 21st pick for us.
Any draft gurus in the house that could confirm this?

I'm not ready to give up on Hill. Even if we loose Big Sey, I think LB and DB are more pressing needs.
