Do you realize the Patriots do not travel far after the bye?

Just realized this litening to Sirius NFL radio just now that after the bye week not only are the Patriots at home most of the latter part of the schedule but they do not travel anymore than going as far as Baltimore?

That means in the last 7 games of the season from Early November on,the team practically has no major travel issues - Thats a big advantage I think no other team in the league has.

Until next year in 2008 when we head away out west several times :eek:

Not only that, but for the entire SEASON they go no further west than Dallas.

Logistically, that's as good as it gets.

Unless you count the playoffs where its possible we may have to go to San Diego or even worse Denver
,I think those 2 teams may have a record equal or better than us :eek:

Lets enjoy it this year because in 2008..

@ Oakland
@San Diego
@San Francisco
@Seattle

That's enough for a Free RT ticket....

Also, no opponent plays us after their bye week.

Yes. On balance, the schedule in terms of "whom we play where and when" is slightly favorable to us. The trouble is, "whom we play" is pretty tough...

It is a far trip to Arizona but I think the team won't mind in February :)
