I've probably given Harvey the benefit of the doubt through this draft process after watching him quite a bit. There's no doubt at 258lbs, his Florida playing weight, he was a fluid powerful pass rusher. True, his effort was spotty vs the run, but he usually held up well at the POA when interested. The idea of the 256 lb DHarvey manning a 3-4 edge was intriguing to say the least. When he showed up at the combine at 271 lbs, I chalked that up to an agent telling him it was in his best interest to beef up to widen his appeal to 4-3 teams. But at 271 lbs Harvey wasn't Harvey. A pedestrian workout of 4.84 40 with an ugly 28.5" VJ are not what teams are looking for from an elite pass rusher. Hopefully the DH of 258 lbs, or thereabouts, makes an appearance on March 18 at the UF pro day, and does a full workout. Otherwise it's hard to justify taking DH before late rd 1, let alone the top 10.
