Miguel has us about 8 mil under the cap right now. Yet yesterday I thought that we were 2.5 mil under and we saved 7mil releasing Willie Add another 8 mil additonal cap space because of the new CBA and we should be about 17.5 under the cap.

Why then are we only 8mil under as Miguel shows today?
