"I went into the offseason and sat down with (strength and conditioning coach) Mike Woicik and set out a plan to get stronger and faster," said the 6-4, 310-pounder. "I got stronger. I can lift more weight (benching in the high 400s and opposed to the low 400s in 2005) and I can feel it on the field."
Lord help the DL that steps on his hand this year. Our little nutpuncher will be packing a bit more of a punch now. :D
 
A punch is for rookies. He has been working hard all off season finding a veteran way to handle the situation.

He's been building up his hand strength so he can squeeze and crush them.
