Browns own a new stadium, that drives there value up. And the Jags down.

The city actually owns the stadium, and the Browns lease it.

The team pays the city just $250,000 a year in rent, though the city earns additional money through the city's admissions tax. The Browns also get loads of free parking and control of all revenue streams.

The Browns are responsible for paying for general maintenance while the city, which owns the building, has to pay for major capital maintenance such mechanical system upgrades and concrete repairs.

Cleveland Browns Stadium is about to put a big hit on the city: Mark Naymik | cleveland.com

Regarding the Browns....Joe Haden was caught for adderall(4 games) and Richardson is going in for a procedure on his knee.

Oh yea...their last years 1st round pick(Phil Taylor) has a torn pectoral from offseason so lord knows what shape he will be if he even returns this season.

And their rookie QB is 29 years old.

Fin snakebitten franchise - atleast these days.
