Love Danny boy. Him and Jules are both better then welker.

You can argue about edelman vs welker. but saying amendola > welker is silly talk. welker was a 5x pro bowler, 3x leader in receptions. he was the #1 or #2 option on a very successful team. amendola is the #3 option right now, and last year was the #4. he has been outstanding last playoffs and this year so far, but that is a short time vs 5 years of prime welker. people crap on welker too much. the pats do not get as far as they have w/o him during 07-12.

Y'know, after the playoffs he had, I wouldn't be upset with him if he balked at BB asking him to cut his salary like so many before him (Seymour, Mankins, etc, etc) but he took it like a man and is playing way incredibly. Could've easily lost him when he took the pay cut but he has shown up this season. Didn't he start working with Alex Guerrero (TB12 friend)?

Love what this guy brings.
I actually felt a little sorry for him when Gronk got the TD and a hug from Brady, when Danny did a lot of the work on the drive.

DA has earned Brady's trust and he has been fantastic. He really proved some of some doubters wrong.

The ability of Julian to play on the outside (aka Steve Smith Sr) and the inside has really helped our offense

It's good that Danny is more involved in the offense and getting a lot of targets, Jules is a little beat up and it's good to have a few weeks of preservation.
