IMO He still has use a part-time man to man outside CB (which we need). He's awful in zone, as his time in Philly/San Fran proved. Give him a call.

I was a huge Asomugha fan but I eventually saw through the hype. He lived off one or two really good seasons and nobody throwing his way for 3-4 years because of those two really good years. Once he changed divisions and NFC East QBs challenged him it was obvious he was all hype.

Pending Talib's health, he might be worth a look and potentially a vet minimum contract for the rest of the year. Anything that keeps the Pats from playing Kyle Arrington in roles that expose his weaknesses is a step in the right direction.
