Oh no -- lightweight synth-pop has been recycled from the '80s! Well, I guess it was inevitable ...Metric is the GOAT band.
Some sports fans have objections to watching sporting events where there are questions about how honest the competition is.
If the NFL* didn't put obstacles in the Pats' way, there is a good chance that the Pats are in the Superbowl.
At the very least the AFCCG is likely in Foxboro.
Their last album is underwhelming but every one before it is the bees knees. Hey, you want a goose avy you start respectin Metric!!Oh no -- lightweight synth-pop has been recycled from the '80s! Well, I guess it was inevitable ...

My favorite ones from them are empty and satellite mind. Starts to lull you into relaxation then it kicks you rit in the face. Black Sheep is good too, and Live It Out. Im serious, give it a listen. Havent gotten tired of it yet. Theyre no Pink Floyd, ill give you that, but I can play their **** on repeat and never get tired of it
If by invested one means emotionally, then the only time I am invested is when the Patriots are in the Super Bowl.
I suppose one of the silver linings to not having a rooting interest is that a person can relax and enjoy the game, but this does not always happen to me.
My wife and I were watching SB48 with my sister and law and her boyfriend and after the first quarter they had fallen asleep because the game was so lopsided. However, my wife and I were positively ecstatic watching the Broncos look like amateurs on professional sports biggest stage. It was, for us, the perfect consolation.
I hope this scenario unfolds in a similar manner in a few days in Santa Clara
