@toddarcher: Dez Bryant has a broken bone in his foot and will need surgery. Jason Garrett said initial time frame is 4-6 weeks. http://t.co/yt4VnWJT7J

We play Dallas in week 5. Our toughest game of 2015 may have gotten easier.

@jeffphowe: With Dez Bryant out 4-6 weeks, Malcolm Butler likely won't have to deal with one of the most physically imposing receivers in the NFL.

Wouldn't love the Malcolm - Dez matchup for us, especially on the road. Tough assignments that game will be Beasley and Witten. Both reliable, etc.

I actually like the Cowboys now… I've liked them for about 4 seasons.
First of all, Michael Irving is a Cowboy, and Michael Irving is a boss.

Second of all, Romo has always taken the blame for horrid offensive lines and no defense. I like that he has a team.

Even though Jerry Jones sucks, I would like to see the Patriots defeat the Cowboys in the Superbowl if Rodgers keeps pulling a Peyton in the playoffs.

BTW, how come every time I see a story about owners out to get us for Crygate, it shows a photograph of Roger Goodell and Jerry Jones? WTF? Is that real or does an NFC team seriously have a beef with us?

Wait, wut? You figured that for their toughest game of the year?

Terrible news for Bryant. I wish him a full and speedy recovery, and I suggest he be absolutely certain his foot is back to 100% before he returns.

My first thought too. Last thing he or Dallas needs is an Aaron Dobson scenario. Foot injuries are nothing to **** around with, especially on bigger, explosive players. Give that foot time and make sure you don't do any lasting damage.

Looks like Randy Gregory is out for about that long as well, high ankle sprain.

TY Hilton hurt his knee, too. Looks like he won't miss too much time though.
He probably just didn't want to play in that crap show anymore. Luck was setting up all of his receivers to get hit all game and they were getting walloped after every catch. LOL There was no YAC to be had today on Buffalo's D.

He was doing the Peyton "Receiver Laundry" maneuver all day. Hanging them out to dry.

I've liked the Cowboys ever since I bet on them giving 5 and they won in OT by 6 on a fake FG on 2nd down from the 2 yard line. It was so long ago that Drew Pearson caught the pass from Roger Staubach that set up the winning play.

So, I'd rather have McCourty. ;)

Jerry Jones was one of the first owners to endorse Goodell after the penalties.

Kraft made similar statements after Dallas was penalized for the uncapped year, citing the spygate penalties as a reason Kraft knows punishment as well as anyone. It's suspected that Jones isn't really against Kraft here, just getting his kicks in while he can. Kraft was wrong to support Goodell, and he admits that as far as he can under contract.

Yea not sure @DAL was their toughest.

I take all the divisional games seriously. We've all seen the Pats lose on the road in MIA and NYJ. I think BUF will be tough.

In terms of all the rest... @DEN is a real tough one but if that is a cold, windy night, its ovah.

I had @DAL as a real tough one as well. I think they have a very good team

DAL not having Bryant for that game is HUGE.

Hope Dez make it back 100%

Good for NE not having to guard him. Bad for DAL. Wonder how Williams will do in his absence.

And, on a tiny side not, of course I drafted Bryant in round 1 for the PatsFans FF league. I am so bad at fantasy football.
