I don't think it would matter, since none of us want to envision a scenario where he's on the 53-man roster past week 5, let alone in 2016.

Apparently this guy is the Son of Peyton Manning: career 1 and done in the playoffs, and he has thrown 2 TDs and 11 INTs. Peyton must be proud.

It just occurred to me that if Brady's suspension is upheld, we are one injury away from Ryan Lindley starting at QB for the Pats.

It's amazing the Cards got stuck with him starting. People went on and on how Peyton was better than Brady because how poorly they did without him but their backup wasn't even a CFL quality QB.

He should be able to hand the ball off and take snaps from the cardboard cutouts that will be "protecting" him in the second half of the preseason games. We still have to assume that jimmy g is our starting qb week 1. BB has to minimize the risk of needless injury to him.
