Given the science, I think that probability is low. I don't know the law, so that might make it more possible/probable of an outcome.
There is a certain parallelism in all this though, when you think about Kraft and Brady. Sure, they both live under the Patriots brand, but Kraft made clear that he is a member of the Club of 32, first and foremost. I am pretty sure that the NFLPA has made it clear to Brady that he is a member of the Club of Players, first and foremost.
It would be interesting to see if Brady comes out with a parallel statement to the one that Kraft made at the owner's meeting. This is not what I want to do, but what I must do. I hope you all trust me and will be patient.

I hear you. One of the angles we don't know a heck a lot about is Brady's passion for the NFLPA's cause. First and foremost, I believe he wants justice, to clear his name and play games. I also agree with the folks that say Brady will allow his personal brand to be used as leverage to help the union cause because he is a member of the union.

What the formula is that allows for Brady to balance those two passions....don't know.

Go figure, in 4+ hours the NFLPA was able to call all the witnesses that they planned to call in the 4 hours they were instructed they would have.

Probably never occurred to corky over here that they might have wanted to call more witnesses, but knew that they wouldn't have time.

Put him in glasses, a white shirt and green pants and you have Peter Griffin.

Tv is full of idiots on this topic, if I hear one more person state the science is on Brady's side but I still think he's guilty of something a projectile is going through my tv screen.

"The science may be on Brady's side, but he's definitely guilty of something."

"You're an idiot."

@RapSheet: It’s still going on. Plus, it rained. RT @DBabb26: @RapSheet any updates on the Brady appeal?

Oo it rained, that explains the length of the appeal

I cannot agree more. With notable exceptions like Curren, Chatham, Perry, Giardi, & Riess.

Can we we please just digitally extinguish Felger, Mazz, Tanguay, Volin, Freeman, Borges, Ryan, MacMullan ..... Some have made this list as a result of deflategate.... Some have been flagship ***holes for a long time......Felger!!!!

Is is incredible, isn't it? He was totally hung out to dry. You would think the NFL had daily "spotlight"meetings in preparation for today. Idiots.

In the business world, they would call that, "Operating in Silos" or "Communicative Dysfunction"

I swear the NFL Exec Offices is a house of cards. The league pulls in $9B annually despite them.

I blame Goody. He is administratively and operationally gawd awful.

Well, since many are ex-Rats why would you be expecting order and competence?

The Omissioner is taking a good look at all the "evidence"....
