Brady's response through Don Yee

That's a bit extreme Pissah

No it's not. Robert Kraft clearly cares more about not rocking the boost than he does the legacy of his team and the greatest player to ever play for it. As He pointed out this was a rigged investigation with predetermined results and it implicates Brady as a cheater when he is anything but. League policy when a concern is raised is to notify the team it is raised about and rather than do so they ran a sting operation knowing full well that weather would lower the psi in the footballs and make it appear they were altered. If Kraft doesn't want to fight this then scree him, Brady has more than enough resources to do so himself and he should go after the league on his own.

A denial of what exactly? That he directed them to deflate balls?

Before or after the refs inflated them? To bring balls in compliance (from 16PSI down) or out of compliance (below 12.5 PSI) or where he actually likes them (12.5 PSI).

What exactly are you looking for?

Yee is smart. He is goading the NFL and Wells into releasing more.

Something along the lines of the accusations against Tom are FLATLY false. Never, at any time, did he ask anyone to blah blah.
Instead they attack the method of the report (which I think also was BS)

If they were paying you hundreds of dollars an hour, you'd have 10,000 pages by now for your thesis.
When I think of the Wells Report, this is what I see:

So...nothing in there from Yee about a definitive denial of the accusations. That is sadly telling.
The sting is true though. But a denial would have been more encouraging.

I am sure that he denied the allegations during the interview. Yee's best point is that there is contrary evidence that was not presented, like Brady's testimony. This is typical of corporate investigations of employee complaints and is used here.

Why didn't the NFL just give the Patriots a warning not to use under-inflated balls so there wouldn't be an unfair advantage in the Colts- Pats AFC Championship Game? That is essentially what Grigson was asking for. Instead, the NFL decided to run a badly designed trap play.

I said it in another thread and I'll say it again here: the use of Exponent to conduct the scientific research coupled with the word "probably" throughout the report and in it's conclusion is indicative of a man who cared more about being right based on a preconceived notion than a man that cared about arriving at the truth. It's honestly getting to the point where I hope the NFL suspends Brady so he can take the league to court.

This doesn't answer my question at all.

I don't think many Patriots fans on this thread are questioning that Brady told them to get the balls to 12.5 PSI.

In fact, Brady said he told the equipment guys to do this. He said it in the January presser.

This is why I'm asking you what you want him to say.

He can't say "Never at any time..." when we know he said he did ask them to get it to 12.5.

Excluding Rats fans, naturally, given the dislike of Goodell nationally, people's dislike of obvious injustice, and the disdain many people have for lawyers , isn't it possible that as TFB fights this, that people may come over to the Pats' side on this?

True possibility or wishful thinking on my part?

He won't change the minds of the people who had baked-in hatred of the Pats from the beginning - the losers you see on message boards who attack the other team to give them relief from their own suckiness.

But for the general public, absolutely. A LOUD counter-narrative is critical.

What's the pay per view cost for Brady vs the NFL? Thinking I might just watch it at Bdub's if the cover isn't too pricey.

Move Bob to Consigliere and Jonathan to the role of Godfather.
OOH i like that, not a bad idea. I think Bob is getting old, soft, and to willing to go along with remaining quite and compliant so he and the rest of the owners can rake in the $$$$$$$$$$$.

I don't understand this on Kraft's part. W/o Brady there would be no Patriots; they'd still be the Patsies.

Why stand up for his quarterback when he can just follow the status quo and make money hand over fist?

"This suggests it may be more probable than not that the league cooperated with the Colts in perpetrating a sting operation."

LOL, REALLY that pic is Great. And its more probable than not that the pats will run up the score on Indy when they meet. Same goes for the rest of the teams on the schedual.

And another thing, if this is the first time ever that a ballguy took the bag to the field out of the ref's control, then how in the world were the balls deflated in previous games?

I can only assume the refs who pumped the balls up to 16 PSI for the Jets game did so and then carried the balls to the field themselves. But why did they do that?

As much as I agree, it is like pissing in the wind... people's minds are made up, and Brady will forevermore be called a cheater..

Doesn't matter not fighting back is admitting guilt. If this happened to you or me we'd be screaming bloody murder, I am glad he is attacking this blatant smear head on.
