The Published Wells Report.

I don't want to hear **** about it giving Brady an advantage. Guy f*ckin shredded the best defense in the SB with properly inflated footballs. that were guarded 24/7

Well I am definitely not going to the Patriots-Jets game in New Jersey this year...

I think worse than that is I think Brady isn't going to see the field this season. I think he could get suspended for the 2015 season.
That would be excessive even for Goodell. Not saying it won't happen but if it does, Kraft better start sticking up for himself or he's putting his franchise at risk.

I dont understand at all.

I don't even see a hint from any of those texts that Brady knew of or was prompting postgame shenanigans.

What I see is:

Ballboys feel Brady was hard on them for how high they were inflating the footballs.

They vent.

Brady tips them/thanks them/apologizes with autographed items.

I don't see anything more than that.

If you want to see that the report is like the bullying report in how it's slanted, realize this:

Blandino obviously lied, and the report proves it
They kept the balls in play
They only tested two balls at the half
Two of the Patriots balls were below 12.5 at the official testing, and the rest were all at 12.5
They don't even know what all the measurements of the Colts balls were

I only looked at the last three pages of posts. Has any mention been made about Kensil or exactly who checked the ball the Colts had in their possession?

deflated balls...epsn all over this yet they overlooked mayweather's domestic violence history.

by espn logic deflated balls > beating woman

stay classy. worthless network

Overlooked? That has been one of their big stories the lead up to the fight

There's no suggestion that they're considering any sort of discipline for Belichick.

Sean Payton didn't know **** either and got suspended. Luckily it doesn't seem to be the case here. But atleast Brady will probably be suspended

What I don't understand is that they only tested four Colts balls at halftime and THREE OF FOUR were under the minimum spec... They claim that this is irrelevant because the Pats balls lost more pressure than the Colts balls, but they are basing their starting pressure on the memory of Walt Anderson who said "The Pats balls started around 12.5 and the Colts around 13.0". One hundred percent of their mathematics is based upon assumptions.

"it is more probable than not that Roger Goodell was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities conducted by Mike Kensil."

Hey look Ted Wells, I can do it too!

McNally ( or as Tom calls him "hey Man..")
may end up being quite entertaining in a
post fine or suspension interview..

If they can prove Brady lied to the investigators that'll do the trick -- it's its own "crime", separate from anything done to the balls.

That's the issue. They can't. If they could have, they would have.

The word, "probable" is not enough to suspend a player. It just isn't.

It's over.

Except there was proof that the Saints setup the bounty system deliberately. Apples / Oranges..

Sorry for the new thread but need to get this out. 11 Balls were measured and based on the NFL's own hypothesis of 72 degrees in the locker room and 48 when measured, per math, a 12.5 PSI ball must deflate to 11.27 PSI. Per the halftime measurements taken by Dyrol Prioleau, only two were shown below this at 10.9 and 11.2. This does not factor in any change as a result of the cold rain.

Their own report matches the science behind this. I can't believe this is being spun the way it is.

What were the other 9 balls measured at and did they or did they not depressure to what calculations would predict? (Is that info in the report?)

We can't have it both ways. If they don't all depressure to what calculations would claim then you can't claim that science explains just the ones that are under.

Players and coaches fall under a different disciplinary system.

After that gloriously defiant statement at the Super Bowl, Bob Kraft has capitulated once again. So disappointing.

Where are the measurements of all the footballs by the refs ? Is it in the report ? .
