Here's an idea, lower your Pats foam finger so you can get a better view of what's unfolding right in front of you. It's funny how the same cast of characters that defended Dennard right up until his conviction are once again curled up in a ball afraid to confront the reality that a Pats player could do wrong.

Dennard has zero to do with your idiot posting.

Why that isn't obvious is a complete mystery.

My guess is that using facts to think through the situation does you absolutely no good.

Ya know, the "thinking" thing.

There is no way his neighbors would have been woken up by gunshots that far away. And they are saying he WAS shot where the body was found. No moving him around.
eh, at some point you just have to come out of denial and accept the fact AH has a integral part in a murder, that pic pretty much did it for me, body of a guy he was just seen with was basically in his back yard.

I'm all done trying to make up excuses in my head for everything. he either did it or stood there and watched it. Either way he's played his last nfl game, no more doubt in my mind.

Now can someone cut tebow so I can feel a little bit better.

Still think the Jets QB situation is more f'd up then AH'S situation. ;)

Nah. If one of our QBs tried to shoot someone the worse-case scenario would be a lucky flesh wound.

How about we agree to disagree...You seem to be one of those fans that drinks all the kool-aid and walks around with Blinders on all day.
Because I am waiting for facts to draw a conclusion?

There is afr too much here to NOT think he is guilty of something.
He may be, but it is idiotic to say someone is guilty of something but you don't know what.

I am just not ready to say he was the shooter. Also, I am not debating the accuracy of any reports at all so I am not sure where that even came from.
You are basing your opinion on the veracity of the reports, then projecting a whole bunch of guesswork beyond that.

I am researching everything on my own and forming my own conclusion...its called the court of public opinion.and I am entitled to mine.
How do you research a mans guilt without studying the totality of evidence? You not only don't have most of the evidence but have no clue whether what you think you have is accurate or means what you think it means.
Of course you have a right to your opinion, i'm just pointing out you are trying to make one without enough information for it to be intelligent.

There are too many suspicious events that transpired between Sunday night and today to not think he is involved in some what that will land him in prison, or at the very least off our starting roster to start the season. If I am wrong, I will owe you an apology but stop harping on every one of my posts with all this do-gooder presumptuous claims about me.
You open yourself up to ridicule when you make comments like you made.
Just as you state you have a right to your opinion, i have an equal right to disagree with it do I not?

If it looks, smells, and acts like a fox, its a damn fox period.
Not if its a chicken being hidden by a fox.

Are you one of those people that think OJ is innocent?
I'm one of those people who determined that OJ was guilty based upon the facts, not rumors. Ironically you cite a story with a lot of false rumors to back up your argument that news reports are fact.

And for all you people out there that keep saying all these media leaks are wrong, tell me that tomorrow morning, after an arrest is made and charges are filed.
I'm not telling anyone anything, I am saying the report you cited as a fact falsely says that an arrest warrant was issued. If one is ultimately issued that does not make the report that one has already been issued correct.

ofcourse he is getting arrested...and it will be today...only an idiot would think other wise at this point.

Schefter is citing the ABC News report which is in conflict with another report stating that a call to local judicial offices stated there were no arrest warrants issued.

If he gets arrested he gets arrested, but nobody is an idiot for not believing in every report the media is hurriedly shoveling out because they're trying to capitalize on a big story.

So they heard gunshots at his house but there are no reports of bullet holes being found during the search. Lloyd clearly was not shot in the house and dumped off a mile down the road otherwise why would the car still be near him and how would they have carried his bleeding body without a single drop of blood being found leading to the dump site? If there is security footage from neighbors they see him walking outside with Lloyd but they dont explicitly state he left the house with him. AHern may be dumb as a box of bricks but I dont think he is dumb enough to drive out to a crime scene kill someone then leave his car parked in the middle of nowhere just to walk home. The only way that can make any sense is if it was a frame job and he wanted to make it look like Lloyd did it on his own and someone else had killed him. But I dont even think he would be clever enough to come up with such a stupid plan.

I swear the NFL is the worst soap opera in the history of mankind.

Not many facts in this post.

The police say Lloyd was murdered where found

People said they heard shots (nobody said from the house) and shortly thereafter saw AH and others return to the house.

My guess right now is that he is in protective police custody.

Meanwhile Rappaport is saying there is no warrant, only 3 more search warrants.

cool story bro

I didn't see any reports yesterday that said he would be arrested yesterday...I saw reports taht said he would be arrested soon..it hasn't even been 24 hours since those reports came out, so like I said, talk to me tomorrow...after he is arrested.

The word used wasn't "soon." It was "imminent," which is normally used to mean "expected to happen any minute now," not "sometime in the next few days."

Aaron Hernandez Arrest Warrant Prepared on Obstruction of Justice Charge, Sources Say - ABC News Aaron Hernandez Arrest Warrant Prepared on Obstruction of Justice Charge, Sources Say - ABC News (via @ABC)

McPhee isn't the brightest bulb but she does have lots of close police contacts. In this regard she's a credible source. Lots of damning details in this article but for those just fallen off the pumpkin truck it's of course all from the cops' viewpoint.

If there is a warrant, the DA probably wants to wait until judges have left for the summer weekend before arresting AH.

Still think the Jets QB situation is more f'd up then AH'S situation. ;)

Unlike AH or one of his associates, Sanchez would probably empty the entire clip and miss

You are who you roll with Andy ... several Patriots players have already said off the record Aaron changed after signing his deal. Doesn't make him guilty of anything but it does open him up to trouble when people he knows commit a crime and he just happened to be there.

Irresponsible is a choice ... a choice Aaron said was his past when he signed the deal.

Having bad friends doesn't make a good person a bad person. Bad people tend to assiciate with bad people but its not a certainty.
2 unnamed Patriots reportedly said he was more 'brazen'. Hardly damning.

Yes irresponsibility is a choice (most of the time) but you can't know he is being irresponsible with out knowing the facts.

At this point he is only being irresponsible to people who wish they knew the details. A measured, careful approach to a potentially incriminating situation is hard for me to describe as irresponsible.
Patriots fans wish he would hand it differently but he doesnt really have responsibility to us at this point does he?

Gunshots can definitively be heard that far away. I live a mile away from hunting grounds and sometimes it sounds like they're a hundred yards away.
Do they hunt using handguns inside houses? Maybe you should move, just to be safe.

People smash their phones, hire cleaning crews and damge their video surveillance all the time Andy ... :rolleyes2:

im·mi·nent
/ˈimənənt/
Adjective
About to happen: "imminent danger".
Synonyms
impending - impendent - forthcoming

My point was that nothing ever said he would be arrested yesterday specifically, or today for that matter. We can debate the definition of the word all we like, but the fact is that its not clear cut and no one can place a specific time frame on the word..shortly, forthcoming, impending are all synonyms, but none clearly say within minutes or anything

The piece of information i am having a real problem with (if accurate) is the destruction of the surveillance equipment at his home, and while there could be plausible explanations for many of the incriminating items, such as smashing his cell phone because he was pissed that he was caught up in this, it is almost impossible to come up with any explanation for why his surveillance equipment was suddenly destroyed. the cleaning crew, while really suspicious, could have been pre-scheduled and the crime could have happened without his involvement etc.. etc... but if he destroyed his surveillance equipment, which could actually have supported his innocence, then that is about as suspicious as it gets and could well be the piece that gets him jail time for Obstruction of Justice.

Because of the report that said a warrant was issued that is wrong?

Defend to the end. Foam Fingers....Unite!

and to think the criticisms gronk took for having harmless fun.........

I want this guy gone.......

BTW, it looks like the media report that people heard shots inside Hernandez's home that people were reporting on this board last night seem inaccurate (although I never believed them anyway), CSNNE is reporting that Lloyd was killed at the location he was found.
