Explosive New Hernandez Details

Guys take it easy on Triumph. He is just giddy that he may finally see something he has been hoping for years - a bad season for the Patriots. It will take attention off of his Jets and he can bash Belichick all year. This is his Super Bowl.

Actually, the greatest hope I have for Hernandez's exoneration is Triumph's certitude that the Hernandez is guilty. Pretty sure Triumph has never been right about anything, so here's hoping.

But you do not know that he destroyed physical evidence of a murder, that is exactly the point. He could have simply been destroying evidence that he was with the person who committed the murder. First, we don't have any idea what happened. second, we don't have any idea what was destroyed, and third, we may be incapable of putting ourselves inside the mind of a 23 year old man who may have just watched one of his friends kill another, and fear being implicated. Fourth, Hernandez may have committed the murder himself. We simply do not know.

How many "don't rush to judgement" posts do you think you can crank out?

So a magistrate clerk doesn't know about a warrant, yet news reporters do?

You do realize news reporters at one point had pinned the Boston bombings on a high school kid, right?

To be fair, that wasn't "news reporters" in general, that was the New York Post going off on its own.

I think AH has been playing it up like he has cleaned up his act

Bedard has reported that Hernandez "regressed" and became "more brazen" after getting his contract extension. He initially was difficult to deal with his rookie year, but matured a little, then things seemed to have gone downhill.

Either way, it's just sad that a fine young man with so much potential has just thrown it all away.

I do realize that but there are also tons of different judges each with different clerks, staff, etc...In a high profile case,m they may have gotten an arrest warrant from a different judge, in a different office...there are just too many reports indicating his arrest is imminent. Touche on the marathos bombing suspect error and you could be right, I just think there is some truth to the arrest coming soon.

Ya i'm sure a magistrate clerk couldn't look up on the computer if there was a warrant. Nope not possible at all.

How the hell do you think cops that pull you over know you have warrants?

I also recall news outlets saying an arrest was imminent yesterday around the same time. Yet none has been made.

My guess is they will stop once you and the rest of village idiots stop posting.

Try it and let's see.

I am not sure who that is but I assure you, I am not him/her

I don't know what you mean here, but my common sense radar is going off big time. destruction of his own camera equipment is very suspicious and his cell phone being "in pieces", (i.e destroyed) doesn't look good either...
You are arguing about which reports are correct, which are wrong, who you can trust and who you cant, and then conclude his is guilty of something but you don't know what.
If you dont know what he did, how do you know he is guilty?

the reports of gun shots at his residence
NOT a confirmed fact

, the vehicle(s?) being rented in his name,

He had a brother in lawlike relationship with the guy, who plays semipro football so probably is not rich, and Hernandez is. Nothing nefarious in renting a car for him in your name.

video of him with the victim at or around 2AM(just before his death),
Being in the vicinity of a crime is not a crime.

and his strange trip to Gillette yesterday all make him look very guilty of something...
What possible factor could going to Foxboro have in assessing his guilt? He works there.

for all we know he could just be guilty of bad judgement(choice of friends), but if he is involved with a murder, or even covering up a murder, that is just plain wrong and I will not be rooting for him...
Choosing bad friends is not a crime.
Most of us (Americans that is) prefer to know the facts before deciding someone is 'plain wrong'. Feel free to allow yourself to limit your intellectual process to the portion of info coming from the media whether its right or wrong. I chose not to.

If he ends up being innocent of all this stuff being leaked, than I hoipe the record gets set straight
No he is guilty of something, you just don't know what. Soon you hope the media will tell you, I supposed.

...but again, all these other reports of past incidents, run ins with police, gangs, etc...make him look bad...very bad...
As far as I know he has never been arrested.
It sounds like you think that anyone without a pristine past is scum. I'm sorry for you.

reports are even surfacing of how he has turned into a bad team mate after his ext...not looking good.
That is not true. You are misrepresenting that.

So they heard gunshots at his house but there are no reports of bullet holes being found during the search. Lloyd clearly was not shot in the house and dumped off a mile down the road otherwise why would the car still be near him and how would they have carried his bleeding body without a single drop of blood being found leading to the dump site? If there is security footage from neighbors they see him walking outside with Lloyd but they dont explicitly state he left the house with him. AHern may be dumb as a box of bricks but I dont think he is dumb enough to drive out to a crime scene kill someone then leave his car parked in the middle of nowhere just to walk home. The only way that can make any sense is if it was a frame job and he wanted to make it look like Lloyd did it on his own and someone else had killed him. But I dont even think he would be clever enough to come up with such a stupid plan.

I swear the NFL is the worst soap opera in the history of mankind.

No. What multiple media outlets have done is regurgitate what was reported by ABCNews. And ABCNews did not report that the phone was smashed. They reported that it was in pieces. And there is a difference. You can call me naive all you want, but the reality is that I gave you a perfect example of the difference and you have chose to be ignorant about it.

ABC News report - AND I QUOTE:

"His cell phone was handed over to police "in pieces," and appeared to have been smashed. "

see? We aren't jumping to any conclusions at all.

Little to no media reports of the deceased or the two men in the car with Hernandez. Sounds to me like the police already know what happened and why it happened. Hernandez is being irresponsible here for sure ... he has his reasons which we will know at some point.

I think the media needs to be digging up info on the deceased and the people with Hernandez at this point. Too much attention being thrown in the wrong direction by them. The missing car with the missing mirror is the key ... that car had the shooter in it.

Odin was shot several times at close range ... that usually signifies snitch got silenced.

Of course you are; you're assuming that a news organization that's gotten a bunch of things wrong somehow got this one right. Fool me once ...

Irony again.
That report is also the same one that said an arrest warrant was issued this morning.
You really need to realize that a news report is not a fact.

Funny that you should accuse the NFL of being a soap opera despite the fact you just came up with one of your own.

does anybody think he will ever play for the patriots again? no way he does.

How about we agree to disagree...You seem to be one of those fans that drinks all the kool-aid and walks around with Blinders on all day. There is afr too much here to NOT think he is guilty of something. I am just not ready to say he was the shooter. Also, I am not debating the accuracy of any reports at all so I am not sure where that even came from.

I am researching everything on my own and forming my own conclusion...its called the court of public opinion.and I am entitled to mine. There are too many suspicious events that transpired between Sunday night and today to not think he is involved in some what that will land him in prison, or at the very least off our starting roster to start the season. If I am wrong, I will owe you an apology but stop harping on every one of my posts with all this do-gooder presumptuous claims about me.

If it looks, smells, and acts like a fox, its a damn fox period.

Are you one of those people that think OJ is innocent?

And for all you people out there that keep saying all these media leaks are wrong, tell me that tomorrow morning, after an arrest is made and charges are filed.
